State Policy in the Field of Treatment and Utilization of Food Waste in Russia

A key problem, which requires solution in today’s situation, is treatment of food waste. Nowadays waste mainly buried and it does harm to the environment people’s heals, pollutes air because dump gases (including greenhouse gases), soil water causes irreversible climatic changes. It necessary pass over such level production consumption, could minimize even eliminate formation. The authors article substantiate need take steps aimed at involvement economic turn-over by its recycling, development effective mechanism control Russian Federation. shall include system normative, legal other documents field treating waste, a set technological infrastructure decisions utilization products with expiring BB dates, methodological recommendations on cutting formed business activity utilization.
